Hi all,

Heading up with a buddy to check out scottie creek around Cache Creek. Anyone got any pointers where we can camp and be in decent grounds for deer hunting? We are leaving friday night (to be there for a bright early saturday hunt). So we'll know where we are going (GPS) but won't know what any areas look like (dark) lol.

A general pointer on how far in off the main highway and whether north or south of scottie creek FSR would be just fine :-D

Thanks :)

my girlfriend has been working up there for the past month (forestry). She has seen only one buck in her travels that she said was really big but says she has been seeing a ton of wolves there almost daily.....

I don't know the K mark, but its about 15 minutes off the highway. Its on
the left, flat, grassy, pines etc. I've camped there many times while hunting Scottie Creek. You can start hunting right from camp, just be
careful if fog rolls in, easy to get turned around. Good luck
