I know of two immy's taken one in 7-15 and one in 7-09 both Saturday morning.

I saw 3 immys standing together on the side of the highway at the firth microwave tower rd the other day. They wandered up the FSR. I am not moose hunting this year or I would have followed them into a shooting allowed area.

I have seen 3 this year ... I let two walk because .. well I wasnt prepared to haul it out ...and I have been looking forward to Moose camp since I got my draw results back ...Gonna be good times with Good friends If I harvested one then there would be no reason to go to moose camp ..... the third one I seen before season was open ...while I was scouting and looking for deer with the pointy stick .....

The 40"er we got this sept. was with a spike fork, but never stuck around to offer a shot. If we would have realized it was a spike fork we would have taken it first! Moosin

i hunted in pg for 10 years and the only one i ever saw was the day before the season opened....
