A White Tail tastes about 36 times better than a Mule Deer! You want to find some low land to hunt them, near farms and ranches, and get permission if your going to hunt on farm land. WT's arn't a Alpine type deer, stay as low down as possible, like the folks say, Cherry Creek area, Tunkwa Lake Road, but down low. Good Luck!

how is the hunting pressure around Surrey, Frogmore Lakes area, Lac Le Juene and Roche Lakes. I would imagine it would be pretty busy there on weekends?

The best way to hunt whitetails is sitting. In a stand in a tree or on the ground. Find a good spot with good sign and trails and sit there.
