Where in Okanagan area

Never hunted waterfowl and am wondering where to hunt ducks and geese close to the Central Okanagan area or within 2-3 hours drive? Is duck and geese hunting like big game where hunters don't like to point out the honey holes or is it different?

Sorry bro, i only know area's in the lower mainland for duck/geese.

i know some good areas in delta/ladner,but not in your 2-3 hour time frame .time to go scouting /knocking on doors to get permission to hunt fields or farms.

As far as I know ( and I dont hunt waterfowl ) just about all the duck /goose hunting is done on private property with permission .
Some of the grain /corn farmers dont mind at all , try and get some
contacts in the Enderby /Salmon Arm area or there may be some alot closer to where you are ?
