I have been using this trail cam for 2 weeks now. I have 8 pictures and only 2 have deer in the pics.
So the camera obviously has been activated by the animal and by the time the picture shoots, the animal is gone. The pictures are nice and clear night and day but no animals.
Your thoughts pls, Maybe you have this trail cam?
Thanks
Rusty

you have grass or a tree limb in the cameras beam, any movement caused by wind will trigger your shutter. your lucky i had over 200 pics of nothing. or your tree that you have mounted it on is moving. i placce a 4x4 post into the ground if i'm hard up to find a good tree, which in sask are hard to come by lol:-D

I have a moultrie and it takes great pics. make sure there is no grass or branches in front of it as they will trigger it if the wind is blowing. had 471 on mine last week all good.

make sure you point the camera down the trail. the slow trigger speed.,will get you lots of animals (back Half) if you have them walking across in front.
