hey guys thought i would try to post a couple of pics of my sons buck from a couple of days ago, he was holding out for a little bigger buck than he shot last year. he got it then some, one shot at 240 yds 7mm-08 140 gr partitions. he was very excited, he also managed to get a cow elk this morning also with one shot clean behind the shoulder. will post pics later..sure proud of my boy.

Thanx alot sitkaspruce for posting the pics for me, and thanx very much for the other posts fellas. I enjoy seeing the look on my son's face and other youth hunters after they have had success more than my own success.Our kids and other youth's need to experience hunting in a positive manner, after all they are the future of our heritage.Cheers Neil

Nice. My son got his first deer last year and first bull moose this year. Great to see the youngsters having success.
