I was hauling gravel in the pink mountain area in mid november last year, we stayed at the pink mtn lodge there, along with a bunch of the buffallo hunters. They were having a hard time last year but if you talk to the guy that was running it, he knew the area real good and helped a few guys get there buffallo.

I bugged as many people on HBC as i could for advice regarding this hunt and recieved so much info i feel somewhat prepared. Except for the pack out if its off the beaten path!

already seen a bull moose in the area I got an LEH for....tried to get a rope around him to tie him to a tree....hopefully he will be around come Oct. 1.

No need for LEH this year....going to the Kamloops area in October for any mulie or whitetail buck or bonus whitetail doe(Oct. 10)..........sounds good to me!!:-D
