Mission deer

I was out in Mission today and drove past what looked to be a deer farm. Does anyone know what kind of deer they are farming?

I believe they're fallow deer. Some of them get REAL big antlers lol.

Cedar street im pretty sure those are fallow deer sometimes they escape :)

I believe Fallow deer are the only deer allowed to be farmed in BC?

I think the others are right there fallow deer.There used to be a fallow deer farm on the hwy by lytton but it seems to have dissappeared.

yes they are fallow deer,my son is friends with the owners son.They raise them for thier own familys meat and some friends.

There is a guy of carr that has blacktails fenced in as well, he does have deer jump in there and stay food water everything they need he's had them for years his place is hard to see in but if you do the ground is basically bare of vegetation his perimeter fence is covered up juring this time of year towards later fall you can see in better I've seen some big deer in there I've seen does and bucks as well as fawns, this guy has a fair chunk of land completely fenced in,
