Well after a bear dry year last year, I took my son Shane up to this little spot we found last fall on the way to the Hemlock ski area.

She's not going to win any contests but we're both chuffed. A little over 5ft and plenty fat. Mike at DiMassimo's will be seeing me again real soon!!!

Those home grown 165 interbonds came through again. Broadside shot at 10 yards. Even after the hit she climed a tree must be 30' I almost shot her again when I herd the moan!!!

Isn't the grin on youngsters absolutely priceless. Right on.

This is his third animal that he's been with me for. And the smile is huge every time. Having him with me in the bush is about the only time I can him to listen to me!!!!:roll: Soon he'll be out shooting me!!!

Nothing wrong with a 5 footer - they taste better anyway. Nice and tender.

Nice job Steelco and son. Two thumbs up. Nice to have quality time like that in a family.

And enter her in the contest anyway. It's not just a big bear contest. She might win the prettiest bear title:-D
