BC TRIM maps on GPS?

Anyone know how to get the BC TRIM maps onto a garmin gps? They seem to be way better than anything else out there.

It can be done but it requires fair knowledge of GIS, a few different pieces of software, and of course the actual TRIM data itself for the areas you are interested in. You can actually make custom maps for your garmin from pretty much any shapefile or set of shapefiles. I've never bothered, I just use the Canada Topo maps and they are fine. A lot of the TRIM road data is old anyways.
