Decided to leave the tree stand at home

I walked around and found nowhere suitable for a tree stand given the terrains I will be hunting in. Also, to put up a hang-on is quite some pain for myself, unless I own a piece of land.

Maybe a ground bind? Natural or man-made?

Ground blinds are easier, safer and less of an investment.

I have a ground blind too. Compared with a stand, a blind is definitely easier to deal with. However, the area I will be hunting is so thick that I have to pick a really good trail to sit on.
