Anyone know how the water level is on the Pine river with the dry weather we have been having? we are coming up to Chetwynd on the 10th of Sept, to do a little river boat hunting, so just wondering about the water levels.....
Thanks, Ron

all the rivers up here are lower than normal. the pine has been skinny for the last month or so. it is passable but guys are beginning to bounce around a little bit more than usual. haven't been on the pine for awhille but the tuchodi last week was about mid september levels. ditto for the pine

Check out the Water Survey of Canada web site at
http://www.wateroffice.ec.gc.ca Don't know if they have the same Pine river your looking for, but its a good source of real - time water level.

Would say late Sept/Oct levels right now. Almost the lowest I have ever seen it. Doable but lots of people are banging and getting stuck.
