I have a 60 pound Hoyt Ultramag compound bow and a 45 pound recurve.I shoot an Easton gamegetter 2 2115 lite arrow with my compound. Is it an okay arrow to use with my recurve,it seems to shoot okay with that arrow.Or shoud I try a different set up.

Typically, Trad shooters are looking for a heavier arrow than what would be considered fine for compounds.

A total arrow weight of somewhere around 450 to 480 grains seems to be desirable.

:-D Hey Ghost , I disagree with BW on this one . Sorry BW .
I suggest a lighter arrow for your Recurve perhaps a 2016 E Alu. Not much difference in weight but softer spine ,
It gets harder to induce the proper arrow bend (archers Paradox) on release as the bows poundage gets lower .
Cheers

I sorta agree with both these guys ... I would find a weaker arrow but at a heavier GPI weight.... possibly a 2018

to be honest with ya .. its tough to figure out without knowing how long your arrows are gonna be and with what weight of point you plan to use

I was wondering about arrow spine and how to get a heavier grains-per-inch shaft but with a bit weaer spine to allow for flexing around the riser.

That combo seems almost to be working against one another, but truthfully that's what will do the trick.
