Not legal? Correct. Shooting from that blind which is a motor vechicle would be the same as leaning over the hood of your truck to shoot. But it sure is an assume rig.

Leaning over your hood to shoot is legal in BC/Canada, but federal firearms regulations would prohibit you from shooting from the "duck truck"

But on private land, I doubt it woudl be an issue.:-D
