We are pleased to announce on August 27 - 29, 2010, our Waterfowl Weekend and Hunting Trade Show at the Victoria Soccer Club: 14020 - 142 St, Edmonton AB. <B>
Show Dates and hours:</B>

Fri (August 27): </B>
2pm – 8pm<B>
Sat (August 28): 9am – 7pm
Sun (August 29): 9am – 5pm
Grounds Admission: Adults: $5.00</B>
*(One time Admission Youth: (9-14yrs): $3.00
Covers Entire Weekend) Kids (8 and Under): Free
The event will feature something for everyone from the beginner waterfowler to the avid and obsessed including:
Duck and Goose Calling Clinics Decoy Tips and Tactic Sessions
Wing Shooting Instruction Habitat Presentations
Upland Bird Hunting Seminars Vendor/Brand Exhibits
Pro Staff Reps Retail Shops
Calling Contests Concessions and Beer Gardens
Gun Dog Seminars and Demos Product/Prize Raffles
There are over 20 clinics, information seminars, demonstrations and activities to take in 3 days!! One time admission covers the entire weekend.
In addition to the hunting clinics, we are fortunate to have some very specialized and unique speakers on hand from Federal and Provincial Wildlife Branches as well as leading conservation organizations and private sector professionals sharing information in their areas of expertise. Some of these discussions will include:
- Waterfowl Marking (Banding) Practices in Prairie Canada including Radio
Telemetry.
- Annual Processes For Determining Changes to Migratory Bird Federal and
Provincial Hunting Regulations.
- Upland Game Bird Hunting and Management in Alberta.
- Relationship Dynamics Between Producers (Landowners) and the Hunter.
- Current Issues Affecting Land Access (Producers Perspective).
