im thinking of heading up to pink mountian for the antlerless elk season in mid november. but ive never hunted the area befor (7-44). im just wondering if anyone has any tips for me as to where i should be going, and what i should be looking out for?
any help would be much appreceated.

The road into Trimbel lake is fair hunting its on your left side of the hiway headed up ,get a back roads map book and you will see this road..

This road is just a few miles north of the Sikanni Chief River.

The road to trimble lake (chicken creek road) is in area 7-42 I believe. You need to be south of the sikanni river to be in area 44.

I think elks Like to butt chug beers maybe leave a beer or two out for them and in the morning they should be empty and then you know your in a good area lol ;) . Good luck buddy !
