Leupold products are top notch. While I don't have their binos,I do have a gold ring spotting scope and gold ring rifle scopes. If the gold ring binos are what you're considering I don't think you'll be unhappy.

Do a search on here, I have made a few comments about mine......

By the way I love mine, built like a tank and crystal clear, at least to my eyes.

I have the 8x42 HD.

Cheers

Great Bino's! Ive guided for Alberta bighorns and for BC stones and have hunted pretty much all other big game with them. Ive been packing a set of Gold rings since I received the first pair as a tip on a bighorn hunt, and that was in 1999. They were a pair of 12x50's and worked awesome. The only issue was they were a little long so the would hit the saddle horn once in a while. I sent them in to get the rubber armor fixed twice. The first time they fixed them no questions asked. The second time was in 2007 and the didnt fix them but instead I got a box in the mail with a brand new pair of Gold Ring 10X42HD. And they are very nice.
My binos take a beating and get used lots year around. Very good glass and very good warranty.
