Looks like a piebald deer to me. I've read about them being in the states.

Yep, that a piebald deer, if ever I seen one. There are quit a few in the states of them. Seems to be a regional thing. While some states have no such deer others have quit a few. Seems there are more piebald deer in the east than in the west and south.
