For those wanting to obtain a PAL / R-PAL, and would like to challenge an exam, but require the textbooks to study and do so, below are the links to these Canadian Firearms Safety Course manuals. They are in PDF format and have been made available online. 'Right-Click' and hit 'Save-As' to download them onto your computer.
PAL Textbook (http://www.firearms-safety-course.com/media/Non-Restricted_Firearms_Safety_Course.pdf) 8.3MB
R-PAL Textbook (http://www.firearms-safety-course.com/media/Restricted_Firearms_Safety_Course.pdf) 6.13MBAlso, here are some links to videos about PROVE'ing various Firearms:
Unloading a Semi-Auto Shotgun (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfWeYtj46Lo)
Unloading a Pump Action Shotgun (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrBVZyRca1c)
Unloading a Break-Open Shotgun (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5zLyiEwssw)
Unloading a Lever-Action Rifle (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIZpy3D938M)
Unloading an SKS Semi-Auto Rifle (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ku7OlSm0jSw)
Unloading a Glock Semi-Auto Pistol (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utrMir_9wMQ)
Unloading a Ruger .22 Semi-Auto Pistol (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_o-AlkZqqp4)I think these links would be helpful to those new to firearms, as well as those who wish to refresh what they have learned previously. Perhaps it would be beneficial to sticky such a thread.

THANK YOU.
Its impossible to schedule in course with work and commute, so challenging the Pal course is my only option.

Agreed, would make a great sticky maybe, also if the OP could maybe add the core links to the original post and edit the title
