Ranges in the lower mainland??

Hi I'm fairly new to the lower mainland. I'm looking for a place to go sight in my Savage 30.06. I'm on a budget these days and can't afford the price of a full range membership. my work schedule gives me lots of grief as to when i can get to a range. I was hoping someone could help me out and point me in the right direction as to either a range that i can shoot at as a non member this friday with more than a 50 yard range or a good spot in the bush close to the valley that is safe for plinking that is not in a no shooting zone. I'll be driving from Richmond so i don't want to drive out past hope. I was looking in the area of Chilliwack river past the .8 km no shooting zone for the jail. Anything closer or a range that will allow large caliber rifles with at least 100 yard to 150 would be fantastic. Thanks for the info in advance.

I think you need a member to sponsor your day pass at Mission, except right before hunting season in the fall

Correct, guest's must be accompanied by a member unless you show up for the public shoot/sight in. Public shooting/sight in is running Sat. and Sun., 9 am to 4 pm. Starting August 14th through to Oct 9th.

there are a few great spots out the Chilliwack River Valley. Spend a bit of time expoloring and you will find a few gems.

Poco does drop ins but ive been there on a weekday morning and had to wait for a table.
