Trying to indentify knifemaker

My father gave me this knife that he bought while we were on a road trip when I was just a boy. I am trying to find out who the maker was so I can see if I can get one of his axes. I searched this site and I think it may be made by a Heinz Leber judging by the initials. Any info would be great.

Just found a picture that has the same initials and it is a Heinz leber make as well. Seems he had a stroke years ago. Anybody know if he has someone continuing his trade under his direction?
