I am doing some research on 4-26 x for antlerless draw oct 1 -10. usually i would go scout an area that i have not hunted before i go, but it doesn't look good for time and money this year. if there is anyone out there that wouldn't mind sharing a few tips on the area concerning things like access, a good meat cutter, and mostly if there is a lot of access to crown land under 1100m or a guy should be trying to find a private land owner.
this will be my first elk hunt and i will be hunting it hard but i would sure like a starting point. pm's preferred but not necessary.
