Horseshoe Bay to Lillooet Via Sea to Sky

Aprox. how long is the drive from Horseshoe bay to Lillooet in good road conditions? I'm planning some scouting trips for my sheep draw in 3-32 and wondering if this route is a time saver in good weather.

Just came through there from 100 mile house to Horseshoe Bay. 6 hrs. Its not too bad of road from Pemberton to the summit,new pavement, but rough the other half to Lillooet.

By the way, congrats on your draw..What zone?

Depends if your tag is closer to Carpenter lake or Fraser river we used to spot sheep up @#%# creek and would go in from pemberton over the Hurley pass in good weather bad weather later take the Canyon #1 hwy

Its a nice scenic drive but lots of sharp turns and can be slow at times.

Your s is in 3-32C, near Lillooet, IIRC.

Horseshoe Bay to Whistler 1- 1.5 hr
Whistler to Pemberton- 30 min

Pemberton to Lillooet 1.5 hr

Assuming no road work, accidents , traffic etc.

Peak travel times are of course the weekends, Fri night to Whistler is busy, as is Sunday afternoon southbound.

Thanks alot for the info & yes I am a lucky bugger! My only experience on that road was the night of the big floods that washed out all the bridges about 5 or 6 years ago. Worst drive of my life! I think I'm ready to give her another chance! LOL
