Bridge Lake Weekend

Last weekend Dayle and I ventured down to Bridge Lake to try our hand at Kokanee fishing. The weather was not the greatest, but we bundled up and headed out. We managed to bring 4 very nice Kokanee home. The ones in the pictures weighed 2 1/4 lbs and all were caught on a white and orange Apex Kokanee Killer trolled at about 20 feet. We were so impressed with the quality of the fish that we are heading down again this weekend.

Sweet looking kokannee.... makes for some of the best smoked fish you can get .imo!

Woah. Nice rock hard spring kok's, and look at the size of em! Life's good swamper :-D I headed out 24 for a couple days last month. Watchlk - first time out that way in my life :-? and am intrigued with that whole area. Will try Bridge one day fo sho ..
