Out of univeristy for the year, and just been working on lots of log furniture, and I am leaving to head to the west coast and start guiding in the saltwater in a week or two. Thought I'd share a few pics of what I've been up to in the last month.

Did a little trout fishing in the interior with a buddy, caught this fish right after an hour of huge hail, lost one a pound or so larger right before

We got this bear may long, north of the loops, measured about 6'5", skull was 18 3/8" green. It is the skull shown below.

After working for 3 weeks straight on log furniture for other people, decided to build myself a project, made some yew wood log shelves for my skulls.

Might be something your born with their. Not only skill and knowledge from Dad, but you've got an eye and artistic flare. The combination is a special quality. Hope you use it well. I'd be interested in your choice of education going forward.

As a former log home builder, I also have to say, that's some mighty fine wood work you've done there!!!
There's lots of very wealthy log home owners that would pay good $ for that kind of craftsmanship in their home!

Oh ya, hah, got the internet names mixed up.

But when you get a day off, and I do too, we should go for a fish!
