Just a quick note to let you guys know the great service I got from Mystery Ranch. I accidentally slammed the door of my truck and broke the main waist belt buckle on my pack. I emailed them inquiring about purchasing a new one and they sent me a new pair airmail at no charge! Now that's great service - buy with confidence.

PS- also the most comfortable pack I have ever had.

I had a similar experiance. My fault...no problem. They fixed it and even sent up a few stickers:-D

Like everything in this world- you get what you pay for!
