Has any one hunted region 6-04

I put a draw in for moose and grizzly and was wondering if any one has hunted in that region ? and will i encounter any indian troubles there ?

I've been hunting the 604 for years. Woken up a few times after a cougar attack with claw marks all over my body. Be warned!

Stay away from the 'Southside', and you'll be fine. If you hear names like Three-Fingered Shawn, Pickletits, and Pig-****in' Jim, accompanied by banjo music, you're in a bad area and will likely get the treatment Bartell described.

Never seen a grizz.
Saw 3 deer in 10 weeks of hunting, 1 week a year. All does.
Got a few moose, but not in the last few years.
Haven't bothered to hunt there during the open moose season for 4 years.
Saw a couple black bears over the years.
Got a wolf a few years back.
Moose have been down and hunter numbers up.
I'm not going back until I get a moose draw.
Great fishing in some of the lakes.

I am not familiar with much of the area.
I am not much of a hunter.
I don't live in the area.

6-04, my old stompin grounds. But when you live in BL, everything around there is your stompin grounds. Do your research and you should be able to pull a moose. Grizz...good luck with that 1.
