Browning A-Bolt 325wsm scope mounting

Hello guys I am looking at mounting a scope on my Browning A-bolt Medallian 325wsm, what would be the best 1 piece base and set of rings for it, the scope is a 3x9x40 VX2? I am also looking at putting a Slip on Limbsaver on it to acheive a little more LOP I am thinking that the small size is best suited for it?
