Geese gone crazy??

Is this normal for Canada's????????? I couldn't believe it when I was shown the pics.....

THey nest in trees on the Shuswap River regularly.I have seen them on top of transmission towers trying to take over the osprey nests.The ospreys always win! Gunner

They like the pilings in the river alot. They'll be sitting on those which is sortof like trees. Would be neat to see the goslings fall 40-50 feet into the water for the first time.

My favourite is on office/factory roofs, them's are smart birds!

They nest on the tops of unused old commercial fishing boats down at the Canadian Fishing Company dock in Vancouver, balconies in False Creek and tall stumps in Stanley Park too.

funny enough we have had 4 diffrent canada geese land on our lines at work and everyone of them got cooked.

There were geese on top of my barn last summer. That's the first time I've seen em hang out on a roof.

they took over an Osprey's nest last year near fort steele,, i never did get to see if they had babies up there or not,, but it would have ben horrible to watch if they did, could you imagine them leaving the nest for the first time,,,,ahhhhhhhhhhh splaattt.
