I nailed my first bear today.. Not huge but will be good eating.. Question is who is a good butcher in PG I have it quartered and hanging just need to get it done.. I want sausage and pepperoni ,, Sorry no pics forgot the camera..

Congrats on the bear, if you just want pepperoni and sausage I would suggest to just debone it and take it to either Rogers or Hunnifords. They both make great sausages.

Hahaha we saw 5 bears today but both had cubs. But at least their out and about

A&B Meats just past Mud River....always do an incredible job with our pepperoni and smokies from the blackies....just took one there again last night :D

Good job, Got pics or a story?

If you get stuck just de bone it put it into big ziplocks and freeze it until you get it figured where you are going o take it.

gongrats on your bear i shot my first one this year aswell going to have it made into pepprone / brats tried a liitle last year you love it
