nice pics, makes good memories. Are you going to give it another try? I got a draw for 7-49 and have only seen tracks and droppings.

No, can't get away from work (unless I quit:-D)

Also should mention, since a few have asked me already regarding the native blockades last fall. The natives we ran into on the Klappan gave us no trouble at all and were friendly enough to wish us good luck/safe trip, etc. A few had driven near our camp and had a look, but were respectful enough not to bother anything.

Good pics and Great story. Maybe next time for your Griz?. Congrats to your cousin on shooting a very nice first blackbear. Heck,all in all it sounds like a perfect trip, thanks again for sharing..

Hope to be back next spring & help a couple guys get their first grizz. My trigger might get a little rusty yet - I've got a few grizzlies to my name, so the next is gonna have to be huge. Would like to find the boar who made those tracks.:)

Looks like a trip I should add to the "must do list". Even though you came home without a grizz, It sounds like a trip that won't soon be forgotten.
