Went out today just for fun with my dad and my girlfriend, we come across a black sow with 2 brown cubs, but couldn't get em on camera as they bolted. Still trying to get a sow and cubs on video....
Anyways I did manage a pretty cool video though, I got some footage of a bachelor group of 3 bull elk on Crown Land in 5-2d. The Nyland lake/Hydraulic herd that was transplanted here must be growing because the only place you would ever see the elk is on the farm land on the Quesnel river. But these were on crown land. We also saw two more elk but could not tell if they were cows or bulls.
Heres the vid. If you watch it full screen you can see the velvet nubs.
