Need some info to take the bear rug out of canada

Hi There one of my friend who wants to take the bear rug (skin ) out of canada to Asia,( He is an licence hunter ) Does he needs any register or licence from any departments ? where and how to do it ? I heard said that you have to register something application within 30 days of the bear shot,is that correct ?any help would be appreciated,thanks a lot !!!

ask a reputable taxidermist....Ganders are well versed in international items. You will need a permit from the govt.

to 'export" you need from the MOE, an "Export Permit, Gov't Form" if its a black bear,

if its a GRIZZ,?? you need a (c.i.t.i.e.s Permit) and an (export Permit) and (documentation,license tag, and compulsory Inspection paper) and receipts from the taxidermist, check first! also some Countries have BANNED the importing of bear parts, hides, trophies ,,,
