i recently bought an older pse bow and it has pse sights so the quiver i bought wont attach to thie side of the sights due to a wheel on the sights. so my question is, is there a type of quiverthat attaches some other way other then the sights or is it easier to buy different sights which are compatible with my quiver.

thanks any help or advice is appreciated

Post a few pics of your set-up, so we can see what you're talking about. Most sights have provisions for attaching a quiver or quiver bracket.

I take it your in PG?

You're going to want a 2-piece quiver.

Here's a couple examples...

Check out your local stores for what they carry in stock. Take your bow in for a fitting.

I had that problem with a Kwikee 1 peice quiver and a Cobra Sidewinder LX sight, the Sight has dovetailed extention bar ... I ended up using some sleeves to move the quiver further out and longer screws ...

The sight you are talking has a big wheel on the side to tighten the extention bar to the mounting bracket? ... Unfourtunatly if this is the case you only have three options ... either new sight thats more accomidating ... get a 2 peice quiver(not sure of your bow model but I know some older PSEs and others didnt have provisions for the modern 2 pce quivers .... or get a relocation bracket ...essentially a flat plate that will move your quiver back a few inches ... you screw it into the sight mount and the you you would screw the quiver into the bracket
similar to this

some other designs

the top one is a Kwikee product ... the bottom one is an example of someone using an HHA adjustible sight... the bow plate mounted between the sight and the bow ... sucked his windage right over to get center out of it tho

here is a pic of my Sidewinder LX sight .. for referance so you can see what I was talking about .... the extention bar is wider than the mounting bracket so I used a couple of sleeves(like maybe 1/4") to stiffen and reinforce the quiver mount .. and just longer screws into the quiver mount hole that are drilled/taped into the sight mount

Best solution would be to buy a new bow to fit your new quiver...

That'd be the ticket!

I have an older pse and use a 2-piece quiver that mounts in the holes at the end of the riser....works well and I have plenty of vison to the sights.

kay thanks for all your help guys i think im just gunna go buy a 2 piece quiver rather then mess around with the sights as they are pin poit accurate where they are.

P.S. the new bow comes next year hahaha
