Ordered the nice frame and 6500 pack and a longbow bag in multicam, probably 2 months ago. The packs show up 8 business days later, holy crap customer service is as good as everyone has said it is, but wait, my 6500 is in the coyote brown, I am on the the phone to MR right away, what the heck is going on? Our mistake, 6500 in multicam on its way that afternoon and it was here in 6 day's, I am even more impressed. Now here is my problem, MR was suppose to supply me with some sort of a return shipping document to get the 6500 coyote bag back to them, but there was nothing. On the phone again to MR, our mistake, sending shipping document again. Well it has now been over two months and still nothing from MR, so I guess I have an extra 6500 bag in coyote :mrgreen:.
I will phone MR again tomorrow and see if they want this thing back, unless someone wants to buy it and then I could send them a cheque.:-D

Obviously they do not care for the bag, and it's a right- off for them. You have done due diligence on your behalf, one last chance, like you have done, consider it yours!!!!!! Come on man!!!!

I'm of the opinion that MR treated you well, and the right thing to do is to return the bag to them. Unless you will buy it from them. But I would not expect a screaming deal from them, they did the right thing. This bag is not a write off for MR, they will sell it!
