Here are some pics of a shed my son Cody found off a bull I've nicknamed the Big 7. I've been watching this bull for a few years now and have got numerous live pics of him. I can tell ya I really underestimated this bull. Never thought he had the length and the mass that has has. He isn't just a good bull. He is a great bull. With a 52 inch main, this shed tapes out at 147 4/8 and that is with the busted 1st. He is easily a 340 class bull. He's got a busted 7th on his other side. If both these points were intact, he'd be a 350 class bull. For BC that is a monster.

He's a Region 3 bull. No open season. Our pursuit is only for photos and sheds.

Nice find, I sure wouldn't of guessed him for much over 320 by the pics.
I found a sweet 6 point shed also, Ill have to tape now!
Edit...just did it, mine goes 138 1/2", with a 47" main beam!

Nice find! Cody looks like he's growin' like a weed - must be all that wild meat he's eatin'!

When I'm judging elk, and see a G5 and main beam with a split that big, I usually start at 335 - 340.

Man O man Dana and Cody you are a couple blood hounds LOL.

its something to find a bull of this size and get some pic of him carrying his head gear and then to find one side of his head gear is unbelievable.

Thanks guys for posting up the pic of his shed ,very ,very nice find ,now if you can only find the other matching side  ????.

Awesome. What a beauty specimen. Nothing better than finding massive elk sheds like that particularly having filmed the elk previously. Well done!
