mom was on the side of the rd ..but took off down in the draw below the cubs..couldnt get a pic of her.She was brown..nice looking bear.

Hey Frenchbar, i see you found kenny glascows place,your right he likes to build big.I have talked with him many times,he has plans to build a replica spit fire with the prop facing the hwy.Did you find any snow up that way?

yup. i know some of the Glasgows...i only went up past kens a few km.

I believe its his son living on the other side the road.My wifes uncles place is just a few clicks up from there.I hunt some of those roads between there and the lake.Often run into sheep in the middle of that road.

A lot of times you will see the Rams right up above Kens..lying right on the road:-D

I always tell people to get there cameras ready when we get close,but they never believe me when i tell them there will be sheep on the road just around the corner.

The sign went up just before the 2008 season and is located near the start of the Botania Road (sp).

Glad it made it through the winter with no bullet holes.

I agree that the signs are great, too bad they don't work all that well. Refer to "Spences Bridge Ram" thread for the gory details regarding how well the signs work.
