For the first time in 8 months Area G (WCVI Troll) finally has been given another opening. That was fine with me when Hunting Season arrived, but...
Been a long stretch of no work, and I've been missing my relationship with the Mistress Pacific dearly! http://fishbcforum.com/public/style_emoticons/default/wub.gif

So, tossing the last of my gear into the truck, and wandering off to Ukee in short order now. This opening will focus on areas north of Estevan, so we'll shove off early tomorrow and wander our way up. Likely arrive sometime Sunday off Esperanza somewhere... http://fishbcforum.com/public/style_emoticons/default/sailor.gif

Hope the fish are there in decent numbers - with the US run projections, methinks they may well be. Also hope they're sticking to the usual routine as far as munchies goes, carrying a LOT of my favorite Killers for this time of year.

Should the weather and fishing hold, we'll likely be out for around 2 weeks. Tough to say if we'll even wander in to town then, as we'll be into next month, and hopefully another opening for that period...

Wish us Luck in terms of weather and fine fishing Folks! I'll catch up with y'all as I can...

Cheers,
Nog - Off to the Briney!! http://fishbcforum.com/public/style_emoticons/default/lmao.gif

Just back in to pay a visit to the eye Doc. Weather playing havoc with the effort, but fishing is GREAT! Good numbers of springs, and actually tagged one just over 40 pounds already!! Bodes right well for the upcoming sport season!!

Cheers,
Nog
