Any way I had to borrow a right for my next hunt and am looking at a lever for my next purchase and was wondering if you can still put a bi- pod on it. Is there enough room to swing the action ?

I don't see why not, if there is a sling stud you should be able to mount a bi-pod, and as long as you put it on so that the legs fold forward (towards the barrel) the should be lots of room.
