That is a weird elk shed alright ,why it is the way it is maybe he damaged it when it was growing at its early stage..

I`v been seeing a bull with one side growing straight down past it`s jaw around here,I hope I can find it if it ever sheds,they are still packing.

Thats the way this one was, straight out in front, left side. still packing? where abouts are you? they have all dropped around here, Dawson Creek.
