Well its almost time, not soon enough. Seeing how all you are doing with bears so far. I have only seen 3 bears this past week. They have only been down lower from the mountains. They were not huge suckers, but were hungry and looked like they were sleep walking. Have you seen any around your spots. Might head up country come opening day. All depends on the weather and snow. What is your say?

The skunk cabbbage is about a foot high now in the valley bottoms here.
Haven't seen much of anything in 5-8 yet, expecting them to pop out of the woodwork any time though.

I haven't been in the bush at all so far. Was up the Coq yesterday though and things are looking good. We will definitely be able to start hunting April 1 this year. Green was up to the bottom of the snowshed hill. I'm sure the boys are out and looking for green!
