my uncle, (my favorite uncle) passed away 2 weeks ago on vacation in mexico. with all the things out of the way that come with family & death, i've been looking into my situation with my priorities and i have a cousin with a priority 0. i'm not sure if it's legal, if it is, i would like to hop on an albertains antelope hunt. (with atleast a priorty 4), in trade i would take the person on a cougar hunt in b.c.. i had a priorty 4. thanx...

As to applying for LEH in AB, you have to apply with a resident and it goes by the lowest priority of those appyling together.
