View Full Version : Dogs stuck together
Wife just phoned me at work to say the neighbors dog(male) is "stuck" to my dog(bitch). We had ours fixed when she was six months but they only found one ovary. Question is, is my dog capable of getting knocked up now? She just phoned and they are now unstuck.
Also, mine has never shown signs of bleeding/being in heat, that I know of.
you gonna be a "Daddy" !!!!!!!!.........maybe

I would suggest you give your vet a call.
You can get a canine "morning after" medication.
Just in case:)
Ill be phoning my vet 1st thing tom.

When they spay a dog they remove all the plumbing, uterus incl. Your dog cannot get pregnant.

about ten years ago two dogs got stuck together in behind my house. A kid walking home from school tried to seperate them, I don't think he knew what the hell was going on

If it was my dog, I'd have a new avatar, that's for sure.

Seen it before with another spayed female. No pregnancy but I'm sure a good time was had by all.
The only issue was the vet only found the one ovary. Im hoping the 2nd didnt come in. He said it was rare to only find the one on our lab. Pain in the ass anyways:evil:.

If she takes run her to the vet, get her cleaned out and tell the vet he gets to foot the bill.

As someone has already said, when your bitch was spayed her uterus was removed. Medical name is "ovariohysterectomy" which is when the uterus and the ovaries are removed.
Unless your vet did a laser spay which is when the tubes are just cut. Vets doing those are very, very rare.
Doesn't matter if there was only one ovary.
No uterus, no babies.
Your girl is a sleeze...!

When I was a pre schooler I saw two dogs stuck together and asked Mom what they were doing.
She said they were dusting each other off.
I believed her - was I wrong ??

Why do you ask, 2DF
All is well as stated above, hard to get pregnant if plumbing's been disconnected.:-D.

I've seen it lots of times.LOL. I grew up on a farm. Some of out new young members might think they're playing together the times that they see it and no one tells them or shows them what's happening.
