Where to get a instructor for the PAL

Hey Guys and Girls.

First off my apologies if i got the wrong section...

I have a friend that hunted in Europe but is now a Canadian Citizen. He needs to take his CORE and get his PAL. Only issue is his english isnt the best. Any idea if I can have a translator and who does these courses close to the North Shore.

I'm from Europe my self, if "his english isn't the best" without a translator how the hell is he going to understand the rules and regulations of this country?:confused:

I find alot of people that can't read or write English have there licenses


I have spent many nights reading regs for family friends and answering questions


Heck look how many people drive in the country and "speak no English"

I'd try Kent with ...stelguns..? He's a great instructor and does both courses, but he's located in cloverdale. #6046715523.

I'm pretty sure you could arrange to go as an interpretor.
