I can tell you from experience that CO's will confiscate it and you will spend over year practicing creative writing and applying statutes "trying" to get a permit which is not readily available and I believe "may" issued by regional manager.

A friend got a permit but it was only because he wanted it donated directly to the WSSBC to raise some funds otherwise he told them he would leave it right where he found it:).
