Long time lurker, first post...Well it looks like I will be hunting grizz this spring as well!! I guess I better get some loads figured out for my .350...

Here's my joke:

A cowboy named Bud was overseeing his herd in a remote mountainous pasture in Alberta

Back end of the boat on shore, motor off. You can use ramps and situate the quad in the middle of the boat or you can just drive the quad over the transom and benches but it's tougher on the boat. Put motor back on drive across lake.

Done it quite a few times on a 13' tin can.

That's a good patch of country - good luck. Start checking in April - bears are out early in that country and green-up can happen over a weekend.

As a resident of BC you can't really understand how good we have it here. We can hunt dang near everything every year, there is only a few harder to draw a tag in. IMHO

If you really want a grizz draw there are lots of good low odds draws just do your homework

If you need an example them I have to look no farther then out my front door. I have to put my name in the hat and get lucky for a Sheep tag.... IF successful on getting a tag then I get 7 days to try and fill that tag........ IF I payed the G\O I could hunt for 5 weeks! Sorry that don't sit well with me. I think the internet said that the Grizzly hunt was cancelled this year and all hunters were meant to turn in their bear guns . :lol:

All grizzly hunts have been cancelled.....province cited 2 reasons

1......it would interfere with native coastal grizzly bear viewing..so you cant hunt the coast

2....it would be too near the cancelled PRosperity mine area directly conflicting with the Native ministers decision

3 the sounds of rifle fire would potentially disturb granola munchers having breakfast on Gambier Island..

4 all provincial funds for grizzly hunting were invested in Bit Coins....and left with the wilderness advisory committie and bear watch..and are unavaiable for use..

G Bear for me ! Gonna kill a 8'6" again I predict !

My brother drew G bear and 6-28 but once again the LEH system is whack, I put him in for the exact same spots I applied 6-29 and my G-bear unit and he drew the two odd ball spots ? Just like my odd ball bear draw last year?!?!

NOPE didnt tick the 'any substitute" box on either card. Was really hoping for dual 6-29's... oh well better than a skunk ! Good luck !
