What was the day time high though? I was 30 mins from chetwynd last thursday and it was only -1...everyone says it needs to be cold and/or snowy to get the elk moving and feeding...

Just checked high was -2.4...

go get er done it was -10 most days we were there and we got our elk. my buddy and his kid were just there not that long ago and got a cow as well and i know of another guy that was just up there and his kid got a cow as well

Can't wait!! We're heading up on the 18th of feb. We have 3 draws. Hoping for a slaughter fest! Too bad they wouldn't open the mule deer like they did a few years ago. would be an awesome bonus.
