Got out once 2 weekends ago. Nothing. We were on quads.
I did get a set of nice long 2x2 Muley from a road kill though.

I have 5 Moultrie trail cams they are 4.0 MFH I am very happy with the ones I have and if you have some creep steels it on you you won't be out big bucks.

The trail cam I have coast me $130.00 with tax and the one gig memory card comes with the camera here is 2 pictures of a buck on this camera from two years ago one at night the other in daylight hours..

I don't really know too much about trail-cams, but I can tell you what I have.
I got the Moultree 4.0 for $130 at Walmart. And got a Moultree 5.0 for Christmas. The 5.0 definately takes better pictures.
If you simply want evidence of deer presence, then any cam will do.
If you want good pictures as well, then you'll have to spend some a bit more money and get a higher rez camera.
It's pretty exciting to check trail cam pics. Recommend you get one.
