Mike

There used to be lots of moose in this area ,wildlife management had way to meney LEH draws in this area for to long of a period just a couple years ago there where 10 LEH permits issued in this one region..

A few years back when I was this area hunting it for only two weeks I used to see 6 different bulls..

Now there are only 1 LEH draw in this region in the last couple years .

My tapper friend that has a registered trap line in the region I has talked to me about the number of Moose LEH draws they have been giving out in the past 15 year.

My tapper friend and me agreed that there where way to many moose applications given out and that it would be a matter of time before it would hurt the moose population.

Many years this area and time spent in there hunting tells all http://www.huntingbc.ca/forum/images/icons/icon13.gif...

Hey wayne!
awesome videos was that bull down where the swamps are?
Cuz when I got my WTD with my bow on the 3rd it was above the swamp and there was a nice bull standing there watching me hahahaha
So i guess there is atleast 2 potential bulls in there.

I heard your not supposed to use garbage bags to put your meat in as they seal in the moisture and they have a chemical in them. We use bed sheets sown up into game bags.

There not garbage bags there meat bags ,there the big zip locks that you can buy ,we use the small ones from the store to put our left overs in ,there food safe..
