why do you have to have your pal does this mean youth hunters can no longer take the core?

You dont need a pal to hunt so why do you need it for the course?

i talked to my father in law who teaches all of the courses in surrey,he says you don't need any fac to take the core course,you can take the fac courses after you pass the core
